SSD4 New grooves on June 22, 2012

Just stumbled across the announcement on the SSD4 forum that the Jerry Lyons update grooves are now in the accounts.  If you own SSD4, go to your account and redownload the "additional grooves".  S.Slate says that the previous grooves have all been fixed and that there are now additional grooves.

I did a quick check and it looks like the new grooves that have been long, long, long promised and in the works for several months are in the Jerry Lyons vol 2 subdirectory.   Given all the spin for months on their being different genres, I thought there would be more to them.  For example, I did a quick check of the progressive groove folder and the jam grooves folder and can't say that I will use them very much; (I will go and buy Oddgrooves for such).  But finally the SSD4 grooves are here.

    Yeah Thanks.

I wonder why I get some notices of updates for SSD4 and not others. I'm a Platinum owner.

I just bought Platinum using the upgrade from version 3 EX with the coupon that had been sitting in my computer for months......I really like the new kits. The drum grooves (including the new ones discussed here) are underwhelming.
