    Hi Nigel - It's not on DVD as far as I know....although there's an idea (kerr.....ching ).

Try Charlie's suggestion above. I've seen several complaints about downloads and IE. Are you downloading from the CW store or SWA?

Just as Opera helps people with the oddities of the forum, it may also help with downloads, too.

    Hi Everyone

FBB I have not tried to download it yet, but I might try from the SWA store first, I was having problems dloading X2, I eventually had to buy the disks, and I cannot install the X2a patch as it keeps coming up with the error message "file corrupted 'abort, retry ignore' and I am afraid to 'ignore' in case it does harm to the main X2 program, I have tried downloading it with firefox but the same thing happens, So i might just do with X2 for now

I had to download the videos at my place of business, because I had the same issues in my studio. Could be a throttling issues with your ISP, or a problem (bug) in your TCP stack regarding CRC errors. I think my issue was my ISP. It could also be that Cakewalk has a bad copy on one of their webservers, but maybe another server has a good copy. But I can't speak for them. I just know I was only able to download all the videos on an AT&T 100Mbps pipe, but not a cable provider. It shouldn't make a difference other than speed, but AT&T in my case is the largest backbone in the U.S. and has a more direct connection to hosting providers where the videos are likely hosted.

If they're hosted in Amazon's AWS, I've seen issues with that, too.

I don't think you'll be able to get it from SWA if it's part of the package deal from Cakewalk. If you are still having problems I can only suggest contacting Cakewalk to see if they can help at all. Sorry.

this is the one your trying to download:
    http://www.cakewalk.com/support/kb/reader.aspx/2007013301

    its about 530 mb.

firefox usually lets you pause a download or get by a lost connection. im a little surprised.
