(Sale Over Now) Melda MTransient 12 bucks for a couple days
While there has been a pleasant exchange going on about the recent release of TransReckon (which I ended up grabbing at its intro price), I've been looking at MTransient and thinking that is a pretty powerful alternative. Other thread: http://forum.cakewalk.com...nsReckon-m3061039.aspxI see presently MTransient is super discounted to about $12. I'm not hesitating to grab it now at that price. Probably just a couple days at this price. Just also want to note, in case anyone has picked up on my appreciation for IzoTope's Alloy 2, that included in Alloy 2 there's a very useful Transient Shaper as well. One could skip the transient designers and just pick up Alloy 2 and you'd have transient design capabilities and so much more. But MTransient at $12 is a no brainer. http://www.meldaproduction.com/download.php

Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.

MTransient at $12 is a no brainer. Amen. A must-have at that price, IMO. As they might say in the Sunday ad supplement "compare to SPL Transient Designer at $272 + iLok!".

Actually PlugIn Alliance does not need iLok. And I doubt anyone has ever bought it at 272. They reguarly have sales at $99. Anyone compared the Melda to the SPL?

Sorry, you're right. I see that several places are pricing it at $199, and the iLok requirement is old information; I'd forgotten that they'd dropped iLok a couple years ago.

It has already been swapped for a sale on a different plug-in. MTransient is back to the $25 intro price. I suspect it was not suppose to be included in the 50% off rotation this month.

You're right - it's gone now.
However, when I posted this message originally it was at that price and I was able to buy it at $12.
So at least I took advantage of it while it lasted.
$80 for list price huh? Looks like at $12 I had a pretty good savings this time.

MTransient was just an example, once purchased, any new plug-in is free for current bundle holders. I have received MMultiBandComb, MRotary and MTransient for free.
