I have listened to your song. Seems to be ok to me only one thing I missed: guitar. Somehow I would play a few notes in the background when chorus comes. But that's just me...

This has a real late '60's feel, like Brasil '66 or the Fifth Dimension. I don't think it is a bad song at all. Sometimes you just have to work with whatever the muse sent you. Sometimes it's a test...lol... Regards, Dan

John, Cool song. Reminds me of some early Todd Rundgren songs. I agree it could use some acoustic guitar, but, pretty well done as is.. Regards

Congrats, nice job! this is in my opinion the best I've heard of yours . . . mix is clear, arrangement is very solid, and the chord pattern fits the melody in a sophisticated way. Earth Wind and Fire would KILL this tune back in the day! cheers, -Tom

I really like this John. The scary doll picture immediately put me in mind of the band The Cure. I could hear this performed by them (call me crazy). Very cool

Before I posted the song I Googled "Salvage" for the pic and saw this broken doll pic and thought that would be a cool picture for the song. I wasn't thinking along the lines of The Cure or EWF, but I'm a fan, so I take that as a compliment. Thanks all! JB

Sounds very Steely-Dan-ish to my ears. That's a great thing. A bit sparse but the ideas that are on this track are all really good. It's got that lazy rolling feel but the overlays are involved and interesting. I'd spend more time with this - I think you've got a good one here.

Thanks Manny & Bob! @BobF-When I was opening the email I was thinking "That name sounds familiar. I wonder if it's the same BobF." Great to see you here too. JB

Nice... I'm also getting a bit of Todd Rundgren from this one. I like the melody over the chord changes, and the synth parts add a nice touch.
