Very good version. Mix has real warmth (which so complements the song) and your missus has got a very nice voice! Really enjoyed listening to this!

Well done!  Agree too much compression on the lead vocal.  I would remix for that.  The production and playing is wonderful.

Jan - cheers mate - Have a great Christmas

Craigb - thanks pal - Merry Christmas to you

Jimmy (Rimshot) - I really appreciate it.
The Compression really was a genuine attempt at an old fashioned thing - I was really happy with the vocal sound. That's not to say that I don't appreciate (and value) your opinion - we all have different tastes and stuff. All the best at Christmas to you and your's.

Nice version.  Ms. daryl has a nice voice.  And you've got some nice production chops under the tree.  Well done w/ the horns.  And the male "ums" aren't so bothersome as in the Kitt version (which I love, too).  Tasteful is what my guitarist sez.  But good choice on your part.

Always loved this song! And for good reason....had one of the hottest women I ever saw in life that I could touch sing it to me in person. Hahahaha! This is really well done Daryl....she's a keeper brother. Sings really well...and all the instruments in this are perfect. I'd not change a thing on this one man. Awesome job!
