very cool stuff, great fiddlin as ever. only weak point was the drums, it sounds a bit programmed and thin. my first Christmas tune of the season!

    Danny,
Thank you very much! Those comments mean a lot to me coming from a production/mix guru such as yourself.

    mgh,
Thanks! I must have misprogrammed my hands on the drums. I may have pointed the EQ too much to get the drums to cut through, causing them to be thin...not exactly sure.

    Hey Scotty,
One of my favs and you nailed it.  Love the fiddling on this one. Buffer's vocal deliver/pitch was awesome. Mix sounds great on my end. KUDOS!

Not a massive fan of xmas tunes in general and still a bit early for me,  but I can never resist this one for some reason - well except that I've just this minute learned that Justin Bieber has done a version, which somehow I find easy to resist.

So, whats to say about this one.........basically I agree with Danny and Marks comments and lets face it they're not bad judges are they, so I'm happy to agree with them.

    Thanks for taking a listen!

    Kev,
Thank you very much! Glad we were able to provide you with one of your favorites and not mess it up too badly.

    Paulo,
Thanks for the compliment, even if you're not a fan of xmas tunes.

    Robby,
    Thanks!

    Grant,
    Thank you extremely!

    Janet,
No, we actually recorded seven songs in a day. They go pretty fast once you get the hang of it.

    James,
Thank you very much! Same to you!

I can safely say I've never heard a version of 'Santa Claus is coming to town' in this genre before... but this is marvellous. Great arrangement.

I'd say you guys have got a great thing going. Is your CD available internationally?

    Cheers,
    Terry.

I love your version! Very well done.

I always thought that when the first "Santa Clause, it coming, to town" line came in, "town" was a higher note than the tonic? It really doesn't matter to much because it still works. Buffer can really sing well.

    Ho Ho Ho! Great job!

This is fun.  Nice arrangement.  A very pleasant and well played version.  This has such a happy vibe.  That bass and acoustic guitar makes a nice backdrop.
