Saving Preset effects

Is there a way to save more than one preset effect? The one I'm currently working with is Parametric EQ. I would like to save 4 or 5 different one, but I was just prompted to name the first one. Now I keep getting prompted to over write existing preset. Also, where on my hard drive is the default to save these presets?

Thanks
Mark

Mark - you should be able to save a relatively unlimited number of presets.  are you changing the name of the preset each time before you try to save it?

double click in the "name" window and put a new name in each time you want to save a new preset.

yeah if you simply give it a whole new name it won't overwrite the old one.

My mistake was that I would click on the save icon and I was waiting for a box to pop up so that I could put in the new name.
Great help as always on this forum

    Thanks
