Saving Presets - Where ?

Where is a logical place to save a session drummer preset ... please?

Studio Cat Project Studio DAW i5 760 8GB RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Sonar Platinum

    I would say... Here???
     
    ?\Cakewalk Content\SONAR Platinum\(make a folder called session presets). Or if you are wondering where do those presets for session drummer go .. They go typically : C:\Users\(userid)\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\Shared Presets\{141AC902-5344-726D-5345-5353494F7E31}....Probably possible to change with a registry hack maybe?? The VSI's don't tend to have a "Save Preset As" option. Would be nice though.. IHTH

    Thanks - I'll use that first option.

    At the top of the plugin you'll see a button that says vst2.  click the little arrow next to it and select save preset.  this will save an fxp of all your settings for session drummer - kit selection, mixer settings, custom drums you may have imported.  you can save it anywhere you want.
