Saving The Scrollbar position with before 22.6.0 and after

I just happened to have noticed this before the 22.6.0 build and after.  I have multi-tracks so the horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of track view lets me scroll to the tracks that are out of view.  Now it used to save the position of the scrollbar when I would save a project and re-open the scrollbar would be in the position that I saved it at.  This is apparently broken with the last two builds.  Now it always saves the scrollbar in the far right position.
Is anyone else seen this or is it just my machine.

For example...
When I save the project track 1 through 10 are visible ... track view 11 through 16 are hidden and the scrollbar is scrolled to the far left.
After closing and reopening the project...
track 6 through 16 are visible ... 1 through 5 are hidden and the scrollbar is scrolled to the far right.

TIA
Rafone

AKAIK, SONAR only ever saved the position of the Now time, and will open with the Now time approximately centered - maybe a little to the right if you have a docked Inspector or Browser open on the left.
