Saving assignable parameters for remote control in Pentagon I

I am using Sonar as a soft synth for performances.  I have setup Petagon as an ARP and I am dynamically enabling portemento and some envelopes using a MIDI pedal as a control surface.  This all works.  However, when I exit Sonar and reload my project it forgets the bindings that I have set for remote control of my soft synth parameters.  How do I save these?  Thanks.

    I am using Sonar 8 producer.
