Screensets after deleting tracks (solved)

I have noticed if you delete all your tracks in a project the screenset module breaks.  I was trying to redo my normal template and deleted all the tracks.  Now when I click on the module all the choices are greyed out and I can't make new ones.  I reproduced this on about 15 different projects I have been working on.  Has anyone else noticed this behaviour.

    can anyone else recreate this issue so I know it's not just me......

    It's a known thing. A screenset can't exist without at least one track. However when you add a track your screensets should still be as you left them.
