[CWBRN-22220] - Screensets don't remember the status of X-ray

This has been present since X1 IIRC but I only reported it recently. If you want to reproduce the behavior, follow these steps:

1. Launch Sonar and load the Normal project template.
2. Drag any soft synth from the Browser into the blank space of the Track View Clip pane (either SIT or audio/MIDI with "Synth Property Page" ticked).
3. Drag the synth's property page (plug-in window) to the center of the screen.
4. Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Customization -> Display, and check "Enable X-Ray" and enter "1" in the Opacity field and "10" in both the [Fade Out Time] and [Fade In Time] fields, then click OK and exit Preferences.
5. Hit Shift+X on the synth's property page to make it invisible.
6. Lock the current screenset (Main Screenset).
7. Switch to another screenset.
8. Switch back to Main Screenset, which you've just locked.

[Expected Results]
The synth's property page is still invisible (because screensets are supposed to remember everything...IMO).

[Actual Results]
The synth's property page is visible (this means you have to hit Shift+X to hide it every time you come back from another screenset).
