Screensets issue

I have a new project open. I need my screensets. I opened a project I want to import screensets from, and they're all unlocked. I have the new project in focus - as you can see, the import is asking to import from a project I haven't opened since 2015... Tried 2 different projects - the same old unopened project is what SPLAT wants to import from. And, because it's not open - will not import from. Well, I guess when I decided to ask for help for this and took the screenshot, I had the project importing from not in focus. Trust me when I say I tried it the right way multiple times....

    Wow, the site says I posted this 33 minutes ago. Says I edited it 11 minutes ago. Weirdness everywhere this morning.
