Seamless playhead positioning

Is there a way to make Sonar behave such that when I click anywhere on a track the playhead (while playing) immediately jumps to that position? Clicking on the tiny space in the ruler does not work well, and when I click on a track instead, it always requires two clicks, which clearly interrupts the workflow.
 
Also, when I set the loop region to a different position, playback stops for a moment. Is there a way to make Sonar play on without any interruption?
