Selecting audio tracks via midi????

Hi all, well first of all i must to say that i'm Cubase user, but some time ago, i was  working with Sonar/cakewalk.  

Right now, i've got the Sonar 8 installed on my computer because it has a very useful feature, i can navigate through the midi tracks with a midi controller, and i can jump from one vst to another with just one click of my midi keyboard.  But i wanna go further.

My idea is just a theory, let's suposse i've got 4 audio tracks, and inside every track i've got an vsti loaded, ie: Amplitube, or Guitar rig or another. I'd like to navigate through these audio track as i do with the midi tracks and the midi keyboard. I know that midi tracks and audio track are totally different, but maybe there is something inside Sonar to accomplish this madness. I've got the Behringer FCB 1010 midi foot controller, and imagine that!!! you can select the preset you want just with one step on the midi foot controller. 

Well, now i need someone who wake me up from this stupidity and return me to reality.
