Selling Kore Kontroller...Can I xfer my Kore1 license and keep my Kore2??

I'm selling my Kore Kontroller on Ebay.  I have upgraded long ago and stayed current with Kore2.  I have never used the kontroller but wish to keep my Kore2 active...software only.  Can I xfer my Kore1 license with the kontroller??  Anyone?  Bueller???

If you obtained Kore2 as an upgrade to Kore 1 - no. If your Kore1 license was associated with the hardware controller then the Kore2 upgrade is as well and NI wont let you separate them.

Go to https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/ and check under 'my products and serials' to see if Kore2 is listed as an update or not. In my case, mine is listed as "KORE 2 Update as Supplement" If yours is listed as something different - then maybe?

does this mean you no longer wish to sell the Kore Kontroller? I am wrestling with picking one up as a general purpose controller, along the lines of the Novation SLZero. Since NI dropped support they are going for very reasonable prices on eBay. Anyway, if you are going to let the auction go I will bid.
