Selling our slightly used Roland V Studio 700 in the Philippines

We have a Roland V Studio 700, Console, I/O and with the Software that comes with it, Sonar 8.5.
It was bought from Canada and brought to the Philippines, with the plan of setting up an audio recording studio.
The plan never occured, so the equipment just went to the boxes most of the time.
The whole thing still feels like brand new, except for some minor scratches on the topside of the I/O.
We're now trying to sell it now in the Philippines.
It has a 110v rating, but we can provide an AVR for free.
The set can be picked up in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
