Session Drummer 3 behavior

Can someone check this out and see if you get the same behavior.

I am taking a Midi Type 0 drum groove and converting it to a Midi Groove Clip.  When I do this, the clip properties tells me that it is 32 beats long.  This is the correct length.

I then export the clip as a Midi Groove Clip.

When I open Session Drummer 3 and load the same clip into Cell A, it indicates that the clip is only 4 beats long.  When I audition the groove in Cell A, it only plays four beats and not the full length of the groove.  I can DnD the groove from SD3 into a project and the entire groove will DnD as expected.  It just won't audition properly.

Can someone else try this and see if they see the same behavior.  Remember to use a Midi type 0 file.

I just noticed that the pattern length can be adjusted inside SD3 which is a work around but I'd like to determine what makes it possible for Session Drummer to automatically determine the length of the grooves for the stock grooves.

I kind of thought the A slot was set up for an intro. Is that the cause of it being shortened?

This appears to be as intended as I noticed with a little further investigation that even the stock CW grooves need to have the cell length adjusted from time to time.  It was just a coincidence that my previous attempts landed a groove on a cell that was properly formatted in length.

    Sorry to be a bother.

Well, I tend of having the habit of solving my own issues faster that someone can reply to them so it's like a fellow who talks to himself.  It could get annoying.
