Session Drummer tempo issues

I'm having trouble with what seems like should be a straight-forward task in Sonar X3.

I'm creating a drum track for a project.  I started by using the step sequencer to make a simple 2-bar count in of sidestick clicks.
Then I added a MIDI pattern from the Session Drummer library.

The count in I created plays back at the project tempo but the added MIDI pattern plays back significantly slower.  I would have expected the MIDI pattern to play back at project tempo.

I'd appreciate hearing your suggestions.

View > Tempo, and make sure you have only the one initial tempo set in the project, and that the sidesticks are on quarter-note beats.

Just to be sure, you should enable the playback metronome, and make sure it's the SD clip that's out of sync, and not the sidestick.

If you still don't see the problem, let us know the tempo, time signature and SD pattern name, and how many bars the dragged in clip is occupying.
