Hey Thanks Robo. Now I know how to record that session drummer -I couldn't do that earlier. However, I notice that after the 18 measures the drummer keeps going even though, the midi track shows no notes. Separately, I don't see a output control on the midi track to apply the desired effects. Yes, I can pull up all of the effects on the laptop. I havent plugged in the midi or earphone (analog)output to hear the difference. Thanks man! I might still make some music.....Mm

I don't think HS2004 came with the SD component.
I had it in HS2004 thro' a migration from an older Cakewalk programme, Audio Pro 9.
I'm now using HS6 which in turn inherited SD; unfortunately I've now lost it and only get the blank style and pattern windows coming up .

Robomusic... I did exactly like you said...But in the Cakewalk view I have nothing that says Session Drummer ... How do I find this or did it not install correctly.

I am getting a delayed response when I trigger/test the drum sounds on Session Drummer 2; this delay happens whether I use my midi keyboard or my computer’s mouse. Does anyone know why this is happening? I am using Sonar HS 6XL with my computer’s original sound card, Realtek.

Thanks

bach - yes, but you need to start a new thread - your subject doesn't really apply to this thread.

and while we can certainly help you with this, you can also use the search function of the forum and get answers for this as well. this is a common problem, search for "latency"
