Setting Default height for my Tracks

Sonar R_Click menu  used to have a set height setting.  How do I set the height.  Everytime I start the track it comes up as custom and I change it to All and the initial height needs to be made more taller.  So I couldn't find the settings for that.  Thanks for the explanation in advance.

      How do I set the default height differently to show all the components of a track?   Every time I start the track it comes up as custom and I change it to All and the initial height needs to be made more taller.  So I couldn't find the context menu with the default height set for that.  Thanks for the explanation in advance.  I figured it out you have to be on the side  left for the correct menu to be displayed.

    1) select all tracks
    2) shift + drag the height of one of them to the desidered height.
    All tracks will adjust to that height when you release the mouse button.

    In track view, you can use Ctrl + up / down arrow to adjust tracks height.

    I've only been using sonar for about 10 years and somehow that very useful command has escaped me. Thanks!
