Setting Duration for Multiple MIDI Notes

I know you can control the duration for multiple selected midi notes by using the Process-->Length option, or by dragging the ends of one of the selected midi notes, but both work by percentage. Does anyone know if there is a way to set all selected MIDI notes to a specific value?

Or hold down shift while using the mouse the change the length of one of the selected notes.....  all of the selected notes will copy the length of the selected note.....

Scook's answer is spot on, as usual.  But have you looked into the MIDI Transform Tool?

Craig did a really good write up in his SOS column.  If you don't have a subscription you can only read the first 2 paragraphs and see the first set of diagrams, but you still get the idea.
