Setting MIDI Channel etc in Track View

I just bought MC6 and can't believe I'm getting stuck on something so simple - but I can't find the controls in the MIDI track view to set the channel, patch, etc.
The help doc clearly shows these controls in the track view but I have nothing. A screenshot is here:

Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Steve

Welcome to the forum.
At the top you should have 2 boxes; one shows a single box and the other shows 4 boxes. Click the 4-box box to show all the track's properties.

I am selling my MIM Fender Stratocaster HSS, red and black. PM for more details.

Music Creator 2003, MC Pro 24, SONAR Home Studio 6 XL, SONAR  X3e, CbB, Focusrite Saffire, not enough space.
Everything is better with pie.

Thanks so much Greg - that's exactly what I was looking for. So simple!
