Setting MIDI sensitivity? - possible to filter to prevent ghost notes?

Can someone point me in the right direction if the following is possible...
 
I sometimes track MIDI parts using my Roland GR33 Guitar Synth
 
The tracking live sounds great but when recording I end up with lots of ghost notes etc.
 
I know it is possible to change sensitivity on the GR33 itself but I would much prefer to be able to do this within SONAR X2 somehow
 
Is there a setting in Sonar where I can change the sensitivity for MIDI parts recorded - e.g. only record notes above a certain velocity - or filter out/delete notes under a certain velocity
 
Any ideas?

    I forget what it's called but there is a pretty detailed selection filter which should let you select only the notes with a velocity less than what you tell it. So you would basically use the selection filter after recording to select the notes then hit the delete key. Sorry I can't remember off the top of my head what it's called. Maybe it was called the Selection Filter. :)

    After you've recorded the track, select it. Then choose Process > Deglitch from SONAR' main menu. That function will allow you to set various parameter to choose the notes you want to keep in the track.
