I was actually trying to read it on Safari on my iPhone. After a pop up appears asking me to subscribe and I hit the button to back out of it, a spinning progress wheel appears and then nothing happens. It actually loaded fine for me on Chrome when I got back home. Great article!

FWIW - I was able to see it on Chrome just fine.
Still can't and the same issue on the IE on W10. Nothing opens, unless it takes way too long? Tried to post a screenshot of it on this post and could not ... asks for URL, and one's computer is not a valid URL ... and the insert option is blank ... tried to paste it onto the reply ... no go ... bahhhhhh humbug! End user crap ... so frustrating ... not sure what I am doing incorrectly!
