Short intro - I like it, my co-writer hates it. What do u think?

I like this intro for a song... my collaborator doesn't like it at all!  Post if you like it or if u don't like it, or what u don't like about it!  Thanks!

    Not much to go on, timing of the guitar sounds a little off and it is perhaps a little like I have heard it before, which is always tricky.  I sit on the fence, unless it is pointy, until I hear some more.

    I hear nothing that suggests this could not eventually, with a few timing tweaks, be the intro to a song.

    Singularly it sounds fine. But without the rest of the song, there is little context. I can say this however; this short piece has more soul and energy than any completed song I ever did.
