Should a graphic show up for saved projects in the New Start Screen?

Should a graphic show up for saved projects in the New Start Screen?

I see the project name showing up but there is no graphic. I am using dual Displays and have a sneaking suspicion that may be the reason a graphic for the saved project does not show.
 
Any others seeing this?

    I'm sure you have found the answer by now, but after you save the project from within the new release the thumbnail will (should) show up. I am on dual monitors, and have no issue. I did read yesterday (it may have been you) a discussion, I think it was about this, and the result was to make sure that the Main Sonar window was on the 1st monitor, not the second.

    It seems to me that the design fault here is that there should be a standard icon if there's no screen capture.

    Thanks for the reply. Yes I have discovered that the screenshot won't occur if the main sonar window is not on what Windows considers the first video display. Unfortunately, this will not work for my setup or my workflow.

    I agree with you 100%.  It would be Cool if the user could assign an icon for their specific projects vs. the snapshot.
     
    The other thing I've noticed is that when starting a New project you can select a Project Template and some of those supplied by Cakewalk have Graphics. I wish I knew how to do this or where the existing template graphics reside so I could figure out how to do this.
     
    If Cake would put just a little more thought and work into these things the New Start Screen could become much more helpful.
