Shout out to Sonar's mastering inserts, thank you!!

I did the recording of tracks with good care.. slapped one of the mastering Insert ("smooth")--> 10 sec tweaking.. very happy with the way it came out not killing transients/dynamics. 
Have not officially started "mixing" yet. 
Graham Cochrane once quoted from someone "mixing is balancing of volumes".. sometimes, us musicians get carried away and end up spending more time in mixing than making music.
Sonar is a musician's DAW.. very proud to be part of the family.
Shout out to comping (and how easy it is to use) as well...
