Shows to go ya...

never know.

But there's always that lucky guess.

And my unlucky guess is that there was more content here earlier, ya?

Two Craigs are better than one!

Yeah....I posted info about the build...I was really down and thought maybe
best not to air it after I posted. I was upset...life does that.

Then I felt I should have left it...a lot of friends here that would understand.
Obviously it's upset me enough to leave me uncertain about much.

First real break I've had in a couple of weeks for enjoying this place and I can't
get my eyes apart to tighten up me wig.

    Hi Alex...typing with ya.

Well since I fought with this enough so it will let me post- I'll tell ya what I removed.

A very dear friend that is the brother of my closest friend since my early teens is fighting
    for his life.
He had a malignant tumor removed from his throat and is being fed through a tube.
    I'm told he's hanging on but I ain't there...ya know?

He had asked me to build him a guitar but at that time I had stopped so I could build
    my shop.
When my friend informed me a few weeks ago I went into high gear hoping to get the
guitar I was building for me finished so I could deliver it to him during my Christmas vacation.
My family understood as it would take me away...2,000 mile round trip...but I'm not going
to make it. I'll be lucky to finish it in January.
I agree with my friend that it may be better as he may be eating by then...but I know...and
have no choice...I can't just wish it finished for him.

I also had posted a picture of the cabinet I built for him to display it in when he wasn't playing it....he won't need a carrying case anyway.

Anyway...just worried about a brother. We made a lot of music together in the early '70s.

    Hi there Michael,

Sorry to hear this, but you know you can't fight this for him. You can only be there for him and your friend(and I know you know this).

Let him know you are doing things as fast as you can, it will be ok.

    Thank you guys.

Alex I left it up to his brother when to tell him or say anything at all.

I've been very disappointed in myself. I really thought
I had my act together better. I've been making bad mistakes
from losing focus and spending a lot of time recoverying.

I'm keeping a positive outlook though. I will get it built and he
will be healthy and playing it.
I'll post pics in that build thread for those that may have been
    following it.
