Shuttlepro II MIDI interface not working with Sonar Platinum

Hi
I have a problem with the Shuttle Pro II interface on Platinum. X3 working with it correctly (simultaneously), but the Platinum ignore this device. Preferences are all identical with X3. Any info about it?
