Sidechain EQ points in X1/X2

Hello everyone!

I'm curious to know if there is an effective method to sidechain eq points in Sonar X1/X2.  I've included links below to YouTube instructions of such a process being done in FL Studio.  Can this be done, even using the EQ2 VST plugins and/or another plugin within Sonar?  Please advise.  Thanks for your attention and consideration given in this matter and have a good day!

Sincerely,

Mixer V

Sidechaining in Sonar is possible as long as the plugin permits it. The PC gate module is sidechainable for example.

Take a look at Trackspacer from WavesFactory, which does precisely what you're looking for. Two other plugins that can achieve the same effect are Meldaproductions' MDynamicEQ and Elevayta's Space Boy.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
