Sidechain EQ points in X1/X2
Hello everyone!
I'm curious to know if there is an effective method to sidechain eq points in Sonar X1/X2. I've included links below to YouTube instructions of such a process being done in FL Studio. Can this be done, even using the EQ2 VST plugins and/or another plugin within Sonar? Please advise. Thanks for your attention and consideration given in this matter and have a good day!
Sincerely,
Mixer V

Sidechaining in Sonar is possible as long as the plugin permits it. The PC gate module is sidechainable for example.

Take a look at
Trackspacer
from WavesFactory, which does precisely what you're looking for. Two other plugins that can achieve the same effect are Meldaproductions' MDynamicEQ and Elevayta's Space Boy.
