Sidechain in Sonar Home Studio or Artist?

Hi,

I want to know if it's possible to do sidechain in Sonar Home Studio or in Artist version.

I want to use the Match EQ feature of Eventide EQuivocate.

Thanks.

I have Home studio but it's 300 miles away right now Not sure as it does not have the Patch points Aux track feature, only Pro and Splat do go to versions

Patch points and aux tracks are not necessary. Sidechain support has been around well before patch points and aux tracks. Usually when a version does not support a feature there is a note in the documentation. There is nothing in the sidechain documentation suggesting either version does not support the feature. My guess is they both support sidechain. Unfortunately, I have neither product to test. Hopefully someone with these products can test them for you. While waiting for confirmation email pre-sales and try the demos.

Thanks for the answers. I got Sonar Home Studio and yes, it is sidechain capable.

And even better, I can do the upgrade to Artist for just $49. I'm loving Sonar.
