I had the same issue with East West. It's their issue. The code is indeed invalid, and they know this is a problem they need to fix. The solution is to download the very latest version from them online and use a newly generated key given to you by support. They can also directly upload the code/license to your iLok account. NOTE: The site states iLok version 1 is supported. However, mine only worked until I upgraded Sonar and scanned for the plug-in. Somewhere in the process, the license began to fail. Purchasing iLok2 and moving the licenses over fixed the issue.
East West has a lot of sorting out to do. If you read their bio, you can see the company was started by someone (from my perception) who probably still doesn't fully understand how a technological company best operates. Quantum Spaces is definitely a great asset to your arsenal, and impulse capturing is something I think they do well, but their logistics stink. Their tech support wasn't even aware that the product was sold by Sweetwater, for example, and stated, "You're better off buying direct from us."
