Silly question time...how do I export a MIDI file, not a MIDI groove clip?

I want to move a piano track and some synth stuff as MIDI data to another project and just want to export the MIDI data.

Is the piano track a MIDI track? If not, you can't export it as MIDI. If its MIDI, you can just drag and drop it into the other project or select the track and File-Save As and select MIDI Format 1.

You can also drag and drop clips outside of SONAR (such as to the Windows Desktop) to quickly export them as individual files.
