Silver Lining?

I have often been accused of having a glass half full.  For many, many years I have owned a Faderport.  Love the hardware, but could rarely get it to work with Sonar.  I have spent easily over 100 hours trying to get it to do what it is supposed to do.
 
Last night I downloaded the demo for Studio One 3.  Took less that 2 minutes to get Faderport working as intended.  
 
Since I have been too sick to make music for about the last year and I don't make my living making music, I would have to relearn some DAW anyway.  Guess Cakewalk forced my learning path.
