Simple Dimension Pro question
How do I transpose musical grooves or drum grooves in Dim Pro?
This is what I'm doing: I load a groove and drag the midi file from Dimension onto a track. When testing the groove with my keyboard I could play the groove in different pitches, however, the dragged midi file plays the groove in the lowest pitch. If I transpose in Dimension or in Sonar, the groove doesn't change pitch but instead starts to play the sequence in a different order making it sound weird.
I also tried Clip properties and changing the reference pitch.
This is probably very simple to do but somehow I can't get it to work.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike, it's quite easy: just use the ‘Shift’ paramter on the Dimension to change the pitch while keeping the actual ‘keys’ Dimension is triggering from intact.

Thanks,
I knew it had to be something simple. I'll try it tonight.
