Simple Problem, (I hope)
I have a friend using Pryo to record live audio. The mic is connected to a Sound Blaster Live 24bit. But the record level is very low. I fixed this issue once before, but for the life of me I can't remeber how. Suggestions??

Ensure that the mic is connected to the mic input, not the line input. Open the SB's mixer thingy and check that the levels are up for the mic input.
Is the mic a condenser mic?

Ok, I will double check to make sure it is not connected to the line input.
What do you mean by "Phantom Power" ???
