    what everybody's posting Beatles tunes

    Hey Mark,
I clicked on here to see what you were gonna do with A Day In The Life
I've always loved the tune & have even thought about doing it some day
being a non singer ...i put it on hold
when i heard your guitar doing the melody I figured OK let me see how you pull this one off lol
i figured that you were gonna do your own thing ...so i went with it
yeah the main melody and all that sounds pretty good ...expressive
i also wondered how you were gonna do the chromatic orchestra crescendo
considering the instruments and general vibe of your tune I guess you did the best you could
not looking to be critical here a tune like that is so embedded , so i let that part slide ...it would be tough to pull off
for sure it was an enjoyable listen

Nicely performed!  Duel guitars feel fresh and complimentive on more levels than the Beatle's version, IMHO.

But, there might be room for a vox in sections, methinks.

Incremental groove percussives and bass are most inspiring and take this up yet another notch in my soul.

Hi Mark, I'm not a Beatles fan ,rather the opposite , but this is very nicely done. Like the guitar tone and playing. Have you ever heard Jeff Beck playing this ?

    Greetings, Rik
