SlickEQ Updated

SlickEQ Standard, GE and M have been updated. 

The update includes various stability and usability improvements and custom
stepped parameter handling.
SlickEQ M's LEARN/MATCH abilities in particular have been improved and
extended to support spectra matching. The feature is now part of SlickEQ
GE's feature set as well! 
You can find detailed changelogs below. Note that updates for Kotelnikov and
Nova will follow soon.
