Slightly Confused

Help!
 
Not a big one, I managed to hook up my midi microkey with no issues, making noises and responding fantastic, the problem is there is a delay on the response (hit the key then half seconf later the sound comes through), I can cope with it but its just out and drives me bannanas - the Program which came with the Midi Microkey works fine it's just when it comes to running it through a recording program - I am using Music Maker 5.

    You need to adjust your 'Latency.' Search the forum for that and you should find what you're looking for.
