Slip edit problems

Does anyone else have problems with slip editing clips? I can't get it work (it only changes the clip length but leaves the audio intact).

    I mean the ctrl-mouse thingy at the ends of an audio clip...

    Hi. It has been changed to Ctrl+Shift+drag.
