Snap To Scale Question

Hello,

I was wondering 2 things:
#1.  Can a new track that you setup to use "Snap To Scale", if you open up it's step sequencer, is there a way for it to show only the notes in the scale?   
#2.  Is there a way to auto record only the notes in the scale (say i hit the wrong key on the keyboard, maybe it can move it to the next note higher thats in the scale?)  I know you can edit like that but can you record like that?
