Snap not behaving in Piano Roll View (X3d)

Hello all,

I've noticing some very strange behavior in the piano roll view. When I click on a note and drag it, or if I grab the end of the note and try to slide it to make it longer or shorter, it is not snapping to the designated beat (quarter, eighth, sixteenth, etc). Instead it is snapping to just past that space. For example, let's say I have a note that I played just a little bit too late and I want to drag it to the start of the measure. If I drag that note, it will snap to the (approximate) thirty-second space right before the start of the measure! The quantization is functioning fine, so I know the software as a whole understands where the measures are starting and ending, but it seems that just the piano roll view is messed up somehow. Anyone else experiencing this and have any idea why it could be behaving this way? It may or may not have started after upgrading to X3d, I can't be sure.

Thank you!

X1d introduced a PRV-specific Snap To/By function. Unfortunately, it defaults to By in existing projects. You just need to choose To in the resolution dropdown.

I'm pretty sure it was introduced in X3c.

Yes. My mistake; it was X3c and I meant to say X3d, not X1d - keep making that mistake, too.

In any case, PRV snap still defaults to By in X3d which is going to cause a lot of headaches. I'm quite surprised there haven't been more posts about it.
