Snap settings still acting weird

Anyone else still finding the snap settings acting weird?

I've got magnetic strength turned off,

I find in the PRV sometimes it acts like it should and others it acts like there is no snap turned on. I will turn snap on and off from the control bar and go into preferences to make sure the magnetic strength is still off... I don't know, it seems like there are some inconsistencies still... anyone else having issues?

There is also a Move To or Move By option which needs to be selected in the Preferences menu. Make sure it's set to Move To.

Yes I always have it set to move to,

When I say acting weird, I mean that it's like sometimes it will snap to its snap resolution say 1/8 note, and others it acts like the snap isn't even on, and I can put notes wherever I want, so it's not that it's snapping to the wrong place, it's not snapping at all sometimes.

HumbleNoise reported that Quickfix 245 has a bug that causes SONAR not to retain the "Off" setting for Magnetic Strength; it reverts to Medium on re-opening the project. I subsequently found that it would remember the High setting. So you either need to set it to High, and leave it there, or reset it to Off every time you open the project.

But if you're going to Preferences, and finding it already set to Off, there must be something else going on.
