Snap turned off still snaps notes in piano roll view (X3)

Toggling (global) snap off in X3 still snaps notes in the piano roll. To stop notes from snapping I have to turn the whole snap function in PRV off completely. (With that right-arrow + grid icon)

Is this an update to PRV and there's another way to turn off snap for the notes or is it a bug?

Anyone else have noticed this behaviour?

Could it be the 'local' piano roll view's snap working?

By the way, by PRV do you mean the piano roll, or the PRV in the track view?

Anyway, this is what I was thinking of (in the piano roll):

I don't find that the snap still works in track view PRV if I turn global snap off by the way.
