So far, So good: X1B first impressions.

So I waited till things seemed to be  bit more calm before I installed ANY of X1 Producer, and thanks very much to all the brave Beta testers out there! I installed the Whole X1 from 1 through B earlier today (Win 7 32bit), and, well, it works. No crashes or any issues with old projects.

Yes, Dim Pro does not want to show up (yet), and Screenshots keep losing my settings, but those are minor.

Early days yet, but I'm liking it. And Benstat, your little goody is AWESOME! Someone make this man President (of Roland perhaps?!) :O)

LJB: Just letting you know your link in your signature doesn't work. It's added an extra space near the end (in the link itself) that shows before the trailing slash. I had no problem getting around it, but it may prevent others from getting to your site.

Aside from that - glad to hear the X1 upgrade is going well for you. Best of luck moving forward!

Don't fix it in the mix ... Fix it in the take!

Thanks for that Coda, I noticed the link issue before and tried to amend it. Will do so. And BTW, X1B also loads a truckload quicker than 8.5.3 on the exact same machine and OS.
