So how do I get a job as a berry picker?

According to the news theres a shortage of berry pickers in the UK due to reduced immigration, but I looked all over the job websites and see no jobs posted for berry pickers.
 
How does one get a simple job picking fruits on a farm?

    Oh, I found it, but you need to be able to lift and carry a lot. Im not allowed to lift and carry cos dizzies happen.
