So....

so I went to the gym this morning as my normal routine and I do my workout.  It's a good workout (all cardio for me, no strength training) and I've sweated good and  got my heart rate up and now I'm done.  I go shower and boy, I've worked up an appetite, and I am looking forward to having some fruit and an egg for breakfast after I cool down...

then I walk into the room where my desk is and someone has been warming up some BECAN!!!!  the WHOLE ROOM SMELLED OF BECAN!!!

OH MAN!!!  I wanted that BECAN!!!!

    It was good.

    Really good.

Next time, could you call to let us know when you're returning from your workout?  I kinda had to stuff the last few slices into my mouth.  Thanks.

I suppose one would turn out like that if they're always tied onto some machine and just running in one place.....indefinitely.

I posted this for you... http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2554804

I couldn't believe my ears when I heard the radio spot hawking "bigger... better... becan!! I've yet to try it but if it is true... you may want to steer clear of it. It may send you over the edge. You could become a derelict becan addict.

I'll keep an eye out at the market. Then again maybe I will see better with both eyes... hmmm.

Julien - the link doesn't work (it takes me to the main forum page).

If you're talking about the Wright Bros becan link, I saw that.  in fact, that's my fav becan!  they sell that in the grocery stores here and it's excellent stuff!
