So many MANY moons ago I was visiting my mum and we were watching the teevee...

and my mom says to me "Oh have you seen this guy? He's my favorite new comedian."
 
It was Henry Rollins in that weird spoken word/standup thing he did.

    It took my Dad until the very late 90s to FINALLY appreciate The Beatles. Dad was huge Country & Western fan (Flats & Scruggs, Ernest Tubb, Hank Willams, Roy Acuff etc.)
