Soft Synth tails

When i'm trying to export Soft Synth tracks to audio the synth Tail sound is not exported. When I then listen to the WAV file the synth sound tail is cut of. Can somewone tell me how to solve this problem

Put an event in a track past the end of the longest tail. As a standard procedure for any of my pieces that have long fades/tails, I put a pedal up event in the piano or keyboard track, way down at the end, just past where the tail has faded to nothing. (It doesn't matter what event you use or which track, that's just the way I do it.) This event doesn't do anything, it's just there because Sonar will always export everything up to that last event--make sure it's a midi event, though. With that event in place, I don't have to remember about selecting or anything when exporting, just export it all. I also (when I remember) put a marker over that last event (call it END), so I remember that it's there. Also that's the actual timing of the piece--when the last notes die, not when they are played. As a bonus, if I want to add a couple of seconds of silence to the end of the track (for CD purposes), I can just move that event to the right a few seconds more.

    Freeze the synth.
This should create the audio track with tails.

Enable "Play FX tails after stop". (I'm not sure if that's the exact wording)

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
